My Whole Day:)

In my previous post you see just the morning from yesterday well I uploaded a bunch more to finish out my day however I was planning on doing an afternoon post but when I uploaded them to my video I accidentally added them onto the same one from yesterday. I could not figure out how to seperate them so forgive me if you have seen the beginning already now I know I have to start a new project before I upload pictures. I thought I had but alas... Have a blessed day all I think I will video the bread making later if I remember:)

BTW, I was thinking of doing a bread video with my KA too, LOL.

I ran the video camcorder while I made bread today, but I don't know if I'll upload it as a video or not. I still have to check it out, and I'm waiting for it to rise so that I can show that on the vid too, if I decide to do it.

I hope you do a bread vid too, I love bread vids - especially with KAs. :-)

Candy, thats funny that you are doing bread post too...:) I am loving the mixer but I didnt get the camera out today for the bread I should have :) Next time I will for sure maybe even tomorrow I do love the mixer! It did nicely on the six loves of bread I was doing up until the very last 2 cups I had to take it out and kneed by hand it was just too full I could have separated at that point and just did one more cup to each half of the dough but I figured I'd put some armstrong into it as I enjoy doing that:) It was much easier than doing most of it by hand as I did before with six loaves worth of dough so this is a big time saver. Mine says it can handle right up to the amount of flour I was going to need for my loaves however the bowl was just to full and it was wrapping itself around the hook clear to the top so next time I will do half and half it did 2 loaves worth just fine day before yesterday so I know a half batch will be no prob. Talk to you soon looking forward to your video:)

Were you making white bread? I know the mixers can handle white bread really well. I can zip out several loaves of white bread at a time, but with wheat bread - I don't like to push it. I make 2-pound loaves, so I don't like to make more than three whole-wheat loaves in my mixer at a time, and usually I do it two at a time.

The first time I tried out bread in my KA, I did the same thing - LOL. I made several loaves, and it overflowed my bowl. :->

My video didn't turn out, so I didn't do one, but I have to make a few loaves today, so maybe...

I hope you'll make a video, because different people make bread with their KAs in different ways. I love watching KA bread-making vids. I think I've already seen all of the ones on YouTube, ha ha ha. :-)

Aren't KAs awesome? I'm still excited over mine, and I've had it since a little after Christmas.

I was making a combo wheat/white with oatmeal with yeast bread it is a recipe my hubby really likes :) I will be making bread again probably monday so I shall try to do the whole thing on video. As it was I had to leave the house unexpectedly and the bread rose and fell while I was gone and I didnt have time for a 3rd rise so I baked it it turned out just fine just not as tall as normal:) "see ya soon"

Oh, I hate it when I over-rise bread. I've been there. :-( I don't know about yeast breads, but I know that when I've over-risen my sourdough breads, I can just punch them down, re-knead them, and let them rise again, and then I bake them like normal.

I don't know if that works with yeast or not, but it does with sourdough. :-)
