"Child Rights" Forces Mobilize
Three major developments—all of them ominous—have occurred in the last several days.
1. On June 1 and 2, Georgetown University Law School hosted a two-day symposium entitled “The Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC): Why It Is Time to Ratify.”
This well-funded conference was held to organize a new coalition effort by American internationalists to seek ratification of the UN child’s rights treaty.
2. In the second week of June, a major study was released by the British education ministry calling for dramatically dangerous increases in the regulation of homeschoolers in that nation.
This study concludes that the UN CRC requires that the government enter every homeschooling home and privately interview each homeschooling child to determine “the child’s wishes” regarding his or her education.
3. On June 17, at the UN headquarters in Geneva, the UN’s Human Rights Committee—which oversees all human rights treaties—announced that it was forming a committee to draft a new “protocol” for the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. Under this new addition to the CRC, individual children would be able to file a formal legal complaint if they believe that their rights had been violated. It would give this new international tribunal the right to determine if the child’s treaty rights had been violated by any person.
The internationalists believe that this is their moment in history.
They have millions of dollars in their coffers. They have the media. They have the powers of government. They have the entire apparatus of the United Nations.
We have some assets as well.
Our arguments resonate with the American people—the vast majority of Americans believe that Americans should make our own domestic laws and that parents, not government, should make decisions for children.
Leaders at the Georgetown conference publicly admitted that logic and facts will not defeat our arguments. What do they plan to do?
They plan to use emotional arguments. They said so in open public sessions.
At the Georgetown conference, the UN officials and other foreign experts were constantly censored by their American handlers. Why? Because these foreign experts acknowledge that this treaty would be supreme over American law.
The American child’s rights propaganda machine denies that we would forfeit American sovereignty—even though they do not have the legal arguments to back their rhetoric. They did everything they could to silence their guest speakers when they strayed from the sanitized version of their message.
We are in a race. It is a race for the future of the American family and American self-government.
The question is: Will the lies of the internationalists be heard by more Americans than the truth of those who believe in families?
I wish that I could look each person reading this right in the eyes. It is incredibly difficult for written words to explain how serious this situation really is.
The real battle is being fought right now. Our opponents are preparing for a vote in the Senate sometime ahead—as soon as they feel they have laid the groundwork for victory.
Because the internationalists possess the reins of government, have millions of dollars at their disposal, and have powerful allies in the mainstream media, they can build momentum much faster than we are able to do.
We have to get our message out to others and we have to do it today.
I have been leading grassroots political efforts for over thirty years. Without any fear of contradiction, I can tell you that we are going to win or lose the battle over the Convention on the Rights of the Child in the next few months. The key to victory lies in the stage of preparation.
Will we have adequate preparation to win?
The annual budget of Parentalrights.org is less than $500,000. They have millions and millions of dollars at their disposal.
We must raise money right now to employ professionals who can help us get our message out in the media.
We must also raise money right now to employ experienced people to work the halls of Capitol Hill on our behalf.
I cannot do these things alone. We have to have a quality team if we expect to stop the combined power of Geneva, New York, and Washington.
This is the time to decide whether you are willing to take meaningful action.
My to do list
Well I may not have accomplished everything on my to do list yesterday it may not seem like I did anything on it actually, I forgo to put on there that I needed to put together the posters which came in regular sheets of paper and needed assembly for our VBS at my church this coming week. I am very blessed to be teaching the Tactical outreach lessons next week! Teaching the children how to give their testimony and about the gospel and praying and such. Please pray for me to have the words of our Lord for the children and to be a good example to the children. I wish to Honor God above all others and hope that I may do so in this way. Pray for the salvation of each child that has not known God or who is far from God that may be in attendance next week.
That being said...I got all 5 posters done which took about 4 hours with stopping to care for my own kiddos and I did accomplish getting the homeschool corner organized which took a good deal of the morning, it had gotten piled up with everyone stacking things on there to be dealt with later and I kept putting it off...however it was shorter this time than the last as I have been trying to put most things where they go when I put them away now to work on this task with wonderful hubby and kiddos:) Today I am again watching my friends son so it will be a busy one around here with an added 4 yr old! Darling Daughter loves having friends to play with and my son is such a blessing (most times he is great with the little ones sometimes he runs low on patience) He is so helpful, Thank you God for my wonderful kids! So Today will be filled with kids playing and cleaning going on at the same time and also tonight is our Church's monthly community service project cleaning up the park next to our library and then we are being treated to an outdoor concert provided the weather holds looks like rain....
One more prayer request....my dear friend has had to have a thyroid biopsy please pray the results will be benign and all will be well. Thank you for praying with me. Have a blessed day and honor God in all you do!

Lots to do
I have so much to do yesterday I had zero energy I can't even explain how tired I was I felt I was dragging myself around all day. So I prayed much before bed last night and woke up feeling a bit better this morning and a bit earlier. Today I have to catch up for my lack of energy yesterday. I am going to post pics of our homemade fathers day cards soon as 4yr old finishes up:) We had fun making homemade cards for all the men in the family:) I didn't get pics of all of them before mailing them yesterday so they would make it in time but I can show pics of the ones we do for daddy:) Well I am off God Bless all of you and make it a great day!
Thought for the day- What small thing can we do today to share God's Love with others? Watch for the opportunities in your day with your kids and with neighbors you never know when the Lord is going to put something or someone right in front of you. Go with God! Till later

Things to think about
Oh the things we have to think about right now, I cant go into detail but would appreciate prayers for hearing God's will and which way to go...I will go into detail further later once the decision is over but for now God's will and direction prayers will be greatly appreciated.
I can tell you that I have been working to become less of a packrat lol....I am cleaning out closets and boxes and trying to detach myself from the "if I lost a bit of weight I could wear that" mentality and getting to the " I dont want to have so much stuff in my closets so cleaning is not so difficult" mentality....clearing the clutter!
Well I have much to do yet have to prep dinner, make a loaf of quickbread, make cookies if time and do some laundry folding. Take care all and God Bless...

God Spared Me.....
Hello all,
I was extremely humbled by our Lord this week. A lightning storm rolled through our small town which it struck a house, a 14 yr old boy and our trees/jeep. All are fine thanks to the protection of our wonderful Lord. The ladys house that was hit was extinguished quickly and will be repaired, the young man is alive and well going home soon and our Jeep was fried but no fire or anything and I was standing about 60 feet from where the lightning bolt struck...It was the scariest thing I have ever experienced in my life. I am posting pictures for you to see the one that shows a clearing and a water faucet is where I was standing the first set of tall trees in the back ground is where it struck. Thank you Jesus for allowing me to be here with my family and the reminder to take nothing for Granted. I have new resolve to be a better person and to share Jesus' love for us with everyone.
